碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 99 === The enterprise might integrate information system data or interface, or conduct functional integration with similar systems. Whatever type of information system the enterprise integrates, its ultimate goal is to enhance information transparency, reduce duplicate data, avoid data inconsistency, and minimize costs of system operation and maintenance. This study, based on the integration projects of manufacturing execution systems on business heterogeneity, probes into some problems in the process of the project execution and provides some solutions, further explores the critical factors influencing the system execution project. This study adopts the single case study method, analyzing an electronic products assembly factory. The researchers will participate in observing the system integration project, and classifying and analyzing secondary data to achieve the purpose of this study. After case data analysis, this study discovered that problems such as a sense of uncertainty, user rejection, and information technology bottlenecks caused by the new system might arise during system integration. To resolve the above issues, critical factors are as following: combining the project plan with business strategy, seeking support from executives, and improving information technology capability to develop system integration projects smoothly. This paper recommends the IT project manager to get the identification and support from executives of user department, to communicate with users continuously and to provide efficient services in order to obtain the success of system integration.
