The participants for this study were selected from the population of industrial vocational high students in rotary cooperative education program. Totally, 625 questionnaires were issued and 533 valid samples were returned, resulting in a valid return rate of 85.3%. Based on exploration and analyses, the research findings were as followed: 1.The major reasons for students to attend the rotary cooperative education program in industrial vocational high school were students’ poor academic performance and their family economic condition. 2.Many were highly motivated to pursue their academic career rather than continue their occupational career after graduating from the cooperative education course in industrial vocational high school. 3.The contents of job description were mostly mechanical assembly and process for students from the cooperative education program in industrial vocational high school. 4.The skill-learning motivations have been trending high-intermediately level in students from the cooperative education program in industrial vocational high school. 5.The workplace-work attitudes have been trending high-intermediately level in students from the cooperative education program in industrial vocational high school. 6.The skill-learning motivations varied according to different grade-level students are in, the reasons to attend the cooperative education program, parents education, future career, and their family backgrounds. 7.The workplace-work attitudes varied according to different grades students are in, different schools, the reasons to attend the cooperative education program, future career, salaries, and different working conditions. 8.There was a significant positive correlation between the skill-learning motivations and the workplace-work attitudes for industrial vocational high students in cooperative education program. 鄭友超 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 152 zh-TW
