The questionnaire survey was employed for this study. The research instrumentation included three questionnaires, which were Leadership Behavior Of Military Training Director Questionnaire, School Organizational Culture Questionnaire and Job Satisfaction Of Military Instructors Questionnaire. Cronbach´s α of the Research tools are .94, .79 and .88. Samples of this study were military instructors at Senior/Vocational high schools. The totals of valid questionnaires are 443 and that stands 81.1% of the response. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, means of descriptive statistics, T-test, One-way ANOVA,Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise regression. The findings are summarized as follows: 1. The job satisfaction of military instructors would have significant differences by different back ground variables, including “sex of military instructors” , “the total number of classes” and “the type of school” . 2. The Senior/Vocational high school military training directors’ leadership behavior and military instructors’ Job Satisfaction have significant related . 3. Organizational culture of The Senior/Vocational high school and military instructors’ Job Satisfaction have significant related . 4. A combination of the two factors of military training directors’ leadership behavior and organizational culture were particularly useful in explaining the variance in overall effectiveness of military instructors’ job satisfaction.
