The research design is based on its purpose and basis by investigating construction of literary reviews and including some professional interviews. Then questionnaires with Delphi Method were given three times. The research sample includes five members of business and five professors of colleges which are total of ten professionals. Based on the result of Delphi questionnaires, it had been processed with descriptive statistics,the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and Mann-Whitney test. Furthermore, questionnaires were distributed to college students. According to result of the research, three interests are found: 1. The curriculum competencies of industry oriented energy technology for colleges. The research constructed curriculum competencies of industry oriented energy technology for colleges, including Knowledge, Attitude, and Skill with total of 55 items. According to analysis of Delphi, the third result of questionnaire in Kolomogorov-Smirnov test, 10 of 18 questions gained disagreement from professionals, and others were agreed with professional reviews. The agreements are included 20 items of Knowledge, 17 items of Attitude, and 8 items of Skill. 2. Analyzing and comparing the different background variables of professionals who will have different point of views in curriculum competencies of industry oriented energy technology. According to Mann-Whitney test, the result is found that all items have not significant difference in other evaluations, including 20 items of Knowledge, 17 items of Attitude, and 8 items of Skill. The result indicates non-difference between members of business and professors of college. 3. Analysis of views of college students in curriculum competencies of industry oriented energy technology. Analyzing college students’ data filling with one sample T test, one discovered that there is significant difference in other evaluations, except 5 items.
