To explore the personal backgrounds of different schools environmental variables of the senior high school students awareness of nuclear energy and nuclear status of attitudes, differences and related conclusions and recommendations for high school teachers and educational unit in charge of the implementation of nuclear energy nuclear education policy in Taiwan. To achieve the purpose of this study, the first developed from the theoretical framework for the development of the questionnaire, questionnaires were issued to the major nuclear power plants around the school-based vocational school, vocational high schools for the northern, central school district conducted a sample survey, the sample a total of 1243, the effective returns-ratio was 79.67%, while data analysis is adopted for descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation and other statistical methods, mainly the research results are as follows: 1. Senior high schools students as a whole is a moderate level of Nuclear Energy Cognition; high schools do not agree with the overall attitude of partial nuclear energy neutral. 2. Students' personal background variables, different gender, grade, nuclear sources of knowledge, the construction of nuclear power plants in favor of nuclear energy has a significant cognitive difference. Different source of nuclear knowledge, the construction of nuclear power plants in favor of nuclear power has a distinct attitude differences. 3. Properties of different senior high schools and different location of the school's students in the Nuclear Energy Cognition and Nuclear Energy Attitude have a significant difference. 4.
