| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 企業管理學系國際企業經營管理 === 99 === Since European Union announced the implementation of the three environmental directives, which caused certain impacts to electrical machinery and electronics industry, Taiwan enterprises have devoted themselves to the survey for green products and making efforts to meet the requirements through green supply chain management.
This research constructs the four dimensions of green supply chain management including “supplier management”, “product recycling”, “organization participation”, “product lifecycle management” and twenty items of key criteria through literature review and expert opinions.
Questionnaire survey is performed by the units of green supply chain management of international semiconductor packaging companies. There are ten respondents, three Taiwanese companies, three Chinese companies, two Japanese companies and two European companies. The causation among dimensions is identified by DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) method.
The result shows that “organization participation” is the most important out of the four dimensions and will affect “product lifecycle management”. Also it interacts with the two dimensions “supply chain management” and “product recycling.”
The second important and influential dimension is "supply chain management", which directly affects “product lifecycle management” and “product recycling”. Also it interacts with the dimension “organization participation.”
There are four more independent key criteria while the remaining sixteen criteria are interrelated and the level of their interactions is different. Therefore through this research, an enterprise can take advantage of these important dimensions and key criteria to grasp the key management factors. It also benefits the enterprises to quickly and correctly master the management decision in the face of related affairs of green supply chain.
