Based on the steps, it was done firstly through the collection, exploration and analysis of documents of related issues. Second was to prepare a research framework, the questionaire as well as a survey of comments by scholars and experts. Then came up with the research tool of the study i.e. "Questionaire On Factors Influencing Teachers From Chinese Independent Secondary Schools In Klang Area, Malaysia With Intention To Hold Concurrent Administrative Duties". Later, full-time teachers from 4 Chinese independent secondary schools in Klang area who are well-versed in Chinese language were taken as study's parent group and a general survey was carried out. A total of 174 questionaires were collected with 156 valid representing a recovery of 82.86% and valid questionaires of 74.29%. The valid questionaire used descriptive statistics, t testing and single factor variation analysis statistical method to do data analysis and the results were then discussed separately. Following were the conclusions:- 1. Factors influencing teachers from Chinese independent secondary schools in Klang area, Malaysia with intention to hold concurrent administrative duties were mainly by 2 levels i.e. "individual and work consciousness" and "organizational leadership". To those teachers with "intention to hold concurrent administrative duties", they were largely influenced by 3 levels i.e. "individual and work consciousness", "organizational leadership" and "culture". While "family and society" and "remuneration benefits" 2 levels were not the main influencing factors. As to teachers with " no intention" to hold concurrent administrative duties, the study revealed that the influencing factors were mainly by 4 levels i.e. "individual and work consciousness", "family and society", "organizational leadership" and "remuneration benefits" while "culture" level was not the main factor. 2. The influencing background factors include sex, age, marital status and servicing rollers while non influencing background factors include the highest academic qualification, the secondary school institutions where the interviewees graduated from and the holding of an office. Based on the above conclusions, proposals were thus drawn up for references of school administrative measures and related studies.
