Take medium oil company Taichung area gas station stationmaster, vice-stationmaster, assistant stationmaster discovered as the object questionnaire survey result that the self-supporting student displays the worst five items in the security culture, included the behavior construction surface to observe the stipulation, the movement and the position, the psychological construction surface security cognition, The security manner, the safe knowledge can and so on projects. In boundary construction surface, then does not have any factor to fall into the worst five items. The analysis result showed that the medium oil company self-supporting student's safety control, in the whole security environment, and not significant treats the improvement flaw, however, in the self-supporting student psychology surface's idea forms as well as the most important behavioral side carries out on, still had the urgently needed improvement space. This research also treats the improvement flaw to above five items, puts forward the feasible proposal one by one, take does as the medium oil company does for the improvement reference. Regarding the other enterprise's labor peaceful education, may also provide the reference.
