The variety of multimedia diversifies the way of learning. The position of teacher is no longer a leader but a counselor, which leads to a win-win situation of both the teacher and the learner. This research aims at probing into the operation of Computer Software Application at the C class technique among the students from the Department of Data Processing, studying at the Senior High School of Supplementary School, by proceeding both the Traditional Computer Broadcast Teaching, and the self-learning through the digital material compiled by the teacher, so as to define whether the Moodle shall assist in the Traditional Computer Broadcast Teaching, and add up the learning effectiveness of students. This research adopts the quasi-experimental design and the Questionnaire Survey, and divides the Department of Data Processing at first grade of our school into two classes, and takes different teaching policies, such as the Control Group of Traditional Computer Broadcast Teaching and the Experimental Group of Combined Teaching. After collecting each test score and the result of questionnaire, this research discovers the following through a statistic analysis: 1. To prove that the learning effectiveness of Combined Teaching in this research is better than those of the Traditional Computer Broadcast Teaching. 2. To increase the self-learning ability of students. 3. To offer the reviewing material for students. 4. To shorten the counseling time that teachers offer to students, to mitigate teachers’ burdens in teaching, and have more time to solve the operational problems of students and promote the teaching quality.
