Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 輔導與諮商學系所 === 99 === This study was conducted to investigate the current status among senior high school students’ perfectionism and life adjustment, and to explore the relationship among senior high school students’ perfectionism, life adjustment and academic performance. This study surveyed 722 students at one senior high school in central Taiwan, and the method of questionnaire survey was adopted. The instruments used in this study were Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale and Life Adjustment Scale. The study results were summarized as follows. 1.Senior high school students scored medium on perfectionism and life adjustment. 2.There was no significant gender difference in perfectionism and life adjustment among senior high school students. 3.There were a significant positive correlation between students’ perfectionism and academic performance, a significant positive correlation between students’ life adjustment and academic performance, and a significant negative correlation between students’ perfectionism and life adjustment. 4.Gender, self-oriented perfectionism, family adjustment, peer adjustment and school adjustment of senior high school students affected academic performance directly. According to the study findings, suggestions of the study for clinical workers and researchers were proposed.
