He used “Erotic Recipes: A Complete Menu for Male Poetency Enhancement” to access food, and added politic and erotic as seasoning. Its spicy and realistic makes this book as only recipes . This book somehow confused readers and made them lost. So I try to anaiysis this book by dividing it into three part: “Language and Words,” “Style and Form” and “Image and Association.” However, it is so profound that I could not fully describe it in few words. Jiao Tong then provokes reader's appetite by “Gourmet binging all around” and “Tastes of Taiwan.” He uses local perspective to show the charm of appetizer and friendliness of Taiwan. Therefore I want to present Jiao Tong’s love for Taiwan and his naturally essay style by “Theme-based,” “Literary talent” and “Emotion-revelation” for his expertise and preferences in dietary literature. Jiao Tong not only commites himself to writing but also devotes to dietary literature and culture. He edited the book “Best Taiwanese Food Writing,” evaluated and publicated the book “Top Restaurants” and held lots of dietary-related seminars. He does lots of contribution to promote dietary literature. His efforts in dietary literature make people aware of its beauty. I believe that he is every-inch deserved the name of “the promoter of dietary literature.” “Dietary is all man need.” If we want to “enculture” our mind, we must “meet” our stomach; if we want to “appreciate” dietary literature, we must “taste” dietary culture.
