Manager should not only require employees to achieve performance, but also pay attention to their emotions and situations to get along with colleague. Therefore, this study was to investigate high-tech industry employees emotional management, interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction and job satisfaction and relationship status. I used different background variables to explore the differences between the three variables. And through interpersonal relationships as a mediator that meet to discuss whether the work a significant impact. With questionnaire investigation and classified random sampling method, 328 workers working in Taiwan Science Park and that was tested by the adapted “emotional management questionnaire,” “interpersonal relationships questionnaire” and “job satisfaction questionnaire,” The data of 248 valid and usable samples were analyzed by statistic methods of T-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation, and assessment of fit. Following are the conclusions: 1. The emotional management, interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction of staffs had significant positive relation. 2. When it comes to emotional management and job satisfaction, interpersonal relationships do have mediator effects towards it. Based on the study results, the author tends to submit feasible recommendations for the high-tech industry company, staffs and further research plans in future.
