| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 輔導與諮商學系研究所 === 99 === The purpose of this study is to explore what are nondisclosure of internship counselors, the reasons why are not told, and the affection that appeared in the group sandtray supervisory process. This study utilized the Qualitative Study and semi-structured interview method. In this study, four internship counselors participated the group sandtray supervisory, and then semi-structured interview were given after those supervisory process. Interview data was analyzed by using the method of content analysis. The results are as followed:
1.The content of nondisclosure mainly about the “personal feeling” which is the most in category, and the “relevant to counseling professional” is the most in subcategory.
2.Nondisclosure cause mainly from “the personal relevant” which is the most in category, and the “discussion agenda” is the most in subcategory.
3.The affection of nondisclosure mainly on the “personal relevant” which is the most in category, and the “the delivered feedbacks” is the most in subcategory.
The results of this research will be further analyzed, and its result may offer suggestion and references for the future relevant researches and supervisory.
