The maximal detective concentration in grouper’s liver was 1.36μg/mL at the 8th hours post dosing enrofloxacin of 20mg/kg. After 12 hours post dosing, the maximal detective concentration in kidney and muscle was 15.49 μg/mL and 2.04 μg/mL, respectively. After 24 hours post dosing, the maximal detective concentration in serum was 1.06 μg/mL. The maximal detective concentration of ciprofloxacin in grouper’s kidney at the 36 hours was 9.90 μg/mL. After 48 hours post feeding, the maximal detective concentration in liver, muscle and serum was 1.22 μg/mL, 0.49 μg/mL and 1.00 μg/mL, respectively. After 70 days of feeding, could not be detected in liver, kidney, muscle and serum by HPLC. Enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin could not be detected in water by HPLC with fluorescence detector.
