碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 99 === This study is to analyze the success factors of the postpartum nursing care center that is part of a hospital in east Taiwan. The methods used are : the Veterans Health Administration’ s indicators, the Diamond Model , New Fit, and interviewing the several nurses and prim Para women in the postpartum nursing care center to collect significant data. The purpose of this study is to explore what factors are successful or not, analyze operation styles of the Chi Ann postpartum nursing care center and determinate the successfulness of these styles. According to the results of this study, the four success indicators of Veterans Health Administration are not yet all on the required level. In property-specific goals the rates still could be improved. Chi Ann postpartum nursing care center is based on the professional medical caring and serving. It not only takes use of its professional medical skills and technical serving to fit the customers’ needs, but shares with the resources from the hospital to reduce costs. Through this way, the property-specific goals will also be reached. Chi Ann postpartum nursing care center place the emphasis on technological fit; it also shows fit and the technical execution proficiency is high. In part of advantages, it provides the product what the customers want and need, and its fit is high. On marketing fit, its fit is middle and the marketing execution proficiency is low, while Chi Ann postpartum nursing care center is still successful. Finally, this study indicates that there are some restrictions in this study and there are suggestions for further investigations. The result of this study can be helpful for the hospital superintendents.
