The individual competition part has been widely researched by organizational psychologists, and the competitive impact on employee has also been a topic of interest to scholars. However, previous research at the individual competition part has been limited by experimental design. From relationship and interaction with the previous premise perspective, they ignored the actual organization of competition among the members. Furthermore, the past studies containing more attention to students and athletes performance. This study aimed to investigate the competition between members of their performance. The study is the first using the theory of competitive dynamics and the competition driving factor ”Awareness-Motivation-Capability” as the main framework to analysis members of its performance. The directors and employees of SMEs are the research object, questionnaire used to prove the applicability of dynamic competition theory in the individual level. The results confirmed that: (1) It really helps their competitive motivation when the salesman aware of the competitive climate. (2) Competitive motivation will improve the competitive capability and job engagement, to task performance. In this paper, we also discussed with the related theoretical and managerial implications.
