The study uses three male teachers who hold a post in early childhood education as the research object. The study explores the reasons for choosing to enter the early childhood education field, learning and stage experience of holding a post using the interviewing qualitative research method. The study finds that the reasons that males choose to enter early childhood education are similar interest, taking the early childhood education position as a gangway and easy to pass the exam and they have a strategic application of seeking the second satisfaction. However, no matter for what reason they enter at the outset, they are easy to become the object paid attention to in the professional training process and easy to be queried by parents in the stage of holding a post, but parents also trust their ability gradually via information delivered by kindergarten/children, professional ability exhibition, long-time contact. As for work content, in the kindergarten with males on site, heavy work content is undertaken by males, and work content of skin contact with children is undertaken by females and males are even not allowed to contact the latter. In addition, the research also finds that the family support and friendly environment make males willing to continue holding a post in early childhood education and that exhibition and enhancement of professional ability of the male per se can also reduce gender attention of others.
