Abstract
The purpose of the study was explore the consideration factors and barries factors when
elementary schools developed sport clubs and to see if there were differences among the
subjects of different variables. Survey was the method of this study. Participants were include
principals, unit directors , co-directors and teachers in the 276 elementary schools at Eastern
region. After sending out 828 copies with 579 returned and effective, the collected data had
been satistically analyzed by frequency distributions, mean value , percentage and one-way
ANOVA.The results were as follows:
1. when devloping sport clubs in elementary schools at Eastern region consideration
factors were found as following:
( a ) After school time was the priority factor to be given priority consideration for
developing sport clubs.
( b ) Teachers in schools were the factor to be given priority consideration for developing
sport clubs.
( c ) The county government annual budget subsidy was the factor to be given priority
consideration for developing sport clubs.
( d ) The class service arrangement was the priority factor.
( e ) Using original exercise yard was the priority consideration of location equipment.
( f ) All consideration factors to integrated, teachers origin was the priority consideration
factor when elementary schools developed sport clubs.
2. The differences of the factors taken into consideration when the subjects of different
variables developed sport clubs in elementary schools at Eastern region:
( a ) The subjects with different “job position” variable had significant difference in
“location equipment” factor.
( b ) The subjects with different “city” variable had significant difference in “active
time”, “fund”, “administrative support”,and “location equipment” factors.
( c ) The subjects with different “school scale” variable had significant difference in “active
time” and “fund” factors.
3. The differences of the factors taken into barriers when the subjects of different
variables developed sport clubs in elementary schools at Eastern region:
( a ) All barries factors to integrated, “human” factor is the main factor when elementary
schools developed sport clubs.
( b ) The subjects with different “job position” variable had significant difference in
the“fund” factor.
( c ) The subjects with different “city” variable had significant difference in “human” and
“parents” factors.
( d ) The subjects with different “school scale” variable had significant difference in
“human”, “object”, “fund”,and “parents” factors.
