Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 教育學系碩士班 === 99 === This study aimes to investigate the opinions of the educational personnel in the elementary and junior high schools in Hsinchu County about the implementation of the After School Alternative Program in county–city level and in school level,and to know the difficulties and needs while implementing the program in schools. Questionnaire survey was used in the research, and the objects of the research were the educational personnel who were in charge of the After School Alternative Program in the elementary and junior high schools in Hsinchu County in 2010. Out of the 551 questionaires ,444 are valid ,about 81% of the whole samples. The data in the questionnaires were analyzed by Descriptive Statistics,t-test,and One-Way ANOVA.The conclusions are as follows: 1.As the whole , in county–city level,and in school level, the current state of the implementation of the After School Alternative Program got high degree of recognition from the educational personnel in the elementary and junior high schools in Hsinchu County. 2.In the overall performance of the implementation, the degrees of recognition of male, over 51 years old(51 years old included), service years over 21 years , principals, chiefs and section chiefs in charge of the program achieve significance level, compared with other types of variables with the same background . 3.In the implementation of the program in county–city level, the degrees of recognition of male, 41 to 50 years old and above 51years(51 years old included), service years over 21 years ,Masters, principals, chiefs and section chiefs in charge of the program achieve significance level, compared with other types of variables with the same background . 4.In the implementation of the program in school level, the degrees of recognition of the educational personnel in the elementary schools,41 to 50 years old , in urban areas achieve significance level, compared with other types of variables with the same background . 5.In the difficulties when implementing the program in schools, the degree of recognition of male, principals achieves significance level, compared with other types of variables with the same background . 6.In the needs when implementing the program in schools, the degrees of recognition of principals, chiefs and section chiefs in charge of the program achieve significance level, compared with other types of variables with the same background . 7.The main reason why no college students were invited to be teachers in the program is because they were not easy to cooperate with. 8.The main reason why no retired teachers were invited to be teachers in the program is because they had no intention. 9.What needs to be reinforced in Hsinchu County while implementing the program is to develop supplementay teaching materials, to cooperate with universities or private organizations, and to hold teacher-parent forums. 10.The major difficulties while implementing the program in Hsinchu County are the gap of the students’ learning abilities and the large amount of forms to fill-in. 11.The best ways to encourage the educational personnel in Hsinchu County to implement the program are to award teachers and administrative personnel, to provide them appropriate supplementary teaching materials, and to decrease the amounts of the forms for them to fill in. 12.The surveying rate of the students who joint the program in the elementary and junior high schools in Hsinchu County was not 100% . Based on the findings and conclusions, this research provides concrete advices for the reference of the Ministry of Education and the Department of Education in Hsinchu County ,schools and follow-up researchers.
