Software industry is advanced technology, high value-added of the industry, the development process will regard as a major industry in china. Software industry is a green energy-saving industry, it is not only to conform to consumes energy lowly and high benefit, but also a high technology industries for economic and national reforming of China.
This study will address the rise of China’s software industry to nowadays development. Discussing the policies of the Chinese Government on how the software industry as a support in the face of such external software to do at the same time, using the natural superiority of China, in order to consolidate China’s software industry in the international standing, furthermore, how to effectively use regulations and policies to eliminate illegal software piracy as well as to encourage the development of China software enterprises.
