Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 99 === Internet has gradually become the main tool for Application Service Provider(ASP) to offer their software services to their customers. Through internet, the business model of ASP and the clients’ purchase behavior as well as their methods to manage electronic information will be influenced deeply. Due to every provider supplies different services and has different business tasks, there will be a gap to evaluate providers’ performance. Therefore, based on organizational information processing theory and the cooperation learning, this study analyzes how different factors(such as non-routine tasks and knowledge interdependence) will influence each other’s interaction(coordination, collaborative elaboration and communication quality), additionally, further looks into what the effect will be contributed toward the ASP. This study has collected and analyzed 102 effective samples and data of ASP. The result shows that: (1) non-routine tasks will reduce the quality of communication (2) knowledge interdependence will improve group interaction (3) the group interaction of ASP (coordination, collaborative elaboration and communication quality) will better ASP’s performance.
