How to promote industrial competitiveness by technical convenience will be an important subject that should be done immediately. This article will focus on one of traditional industry which brings highly economic returns-“screw”. Taiwan is known as “the screw kingdom”. Screw’s output in global market is pivotal. As the time is moving forward, the screw also evolves from the early black iron screw to the compound stainless screw which contains high economic value and multipurpose. It’s not so easy to make this indispensable screw. There has lots of complex manufacture processes and all of them link with one another. In the traditional procedure those completes by manpower. In this composition we will study how to make the process automation and reduces the manpower demand by technical induction. Through the planning in advance, under the premise of high efficiency and minimization of the cost we import this system smoothly. And what effect will this system bring to us?
