| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理研究所 === 99 === In the medical health care industry, there is a gap between consumer understanding of medical service quality and acceptance thereof on the one hand, and the understanding of medicare providers of their customer’s expectations along these dimensions.
This study explores from the perspective of medicare personnel (physicians, nurses, healthcare officals, etc.) the key factors that influence the performance of medicare services. This study applies a combined methodology which includes the use of secondary data, literature review and expert interviews, complemented by formal Delphi method (Modified Delphi Method), and SPSS quantitative analysis. The questionnaire for the semi-structured interview includes 64 question items along 5 dimensions on the constructs of medicare service and medicare quality. Two interview rounds were conducted with 31 experts in the medicare sector.
Based on the weight ranking of the items, the results show the important key influence factors of medicare services and provide suggestions on how medicare service performance may be improved in the future.
