The study utilized questionnaire survey method. There are 637 samples of fourth and sixth grade students in elementary schools employed. The survey instrument is “The Life Experience of the students of elementary schools Scale” which complied by researcher. The data is analyzed by descriptive statistcs, T-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The major results of this study are as follows: 1.The death concepts, death attitudes and positive emotion of the students of elementary schools are better than the middle level. 2.There is a significant difference on the elementary schools students’ death concepts with different background variables, such as grade,gender and family discussion about death. 3.There is a significant difference on the elementary schools students’ death attitudes with different background variables, such as grade,bereavement experience, family patterns and family atmosphere. 4.There is a significant difference on the elementary schools students’ positive emotion with different background variables, such as grade, gender and family atmosphere. 5.The death concepts, death attitudes and positive emotion of the students of elementary schools show a significant positive correlation. 6.The death concepts and the death attitudes of the students of elementary schools are predictable to positive emotion. Based on the conclusions of this research, some suggestions are made as a reference spouses for the elementary schools students’ parent and future researches.
