Specifically, how “I” applied the Satir model to use family therapy as a method of intervention in four cases of juvenile sexual offense for these families to helped to instigate and create a change in the parent-child relationship. This study is a combination of self-narrative and action research in research methods. Similarly, what kind of effect and influence did the treatment experience have on me? 7.Through this treatment experience developed what kind of thought pattern or perspective toward the treatment of juvenile sexual offense. From my practical experience in counseling of juvenile sex offenders, I have summarized a few important discoveries. First, the occurrence of juvenile sex offenders is the result of interacting between the whole social-cultural environment and individual's sexual system including of physical, psychological, and social-cultural sub-system. Furthermore, in the course of counseling, these energies that can promote sexual juvenile sex offenders to change are : a sense of hope, trust, sense of reality, ability and sense of worth. Third, the original families of juvenile sex offenders have some characteristics : the atmosphere of closed system, the relationship type between the strong mother and the weak father, the confusing boundaries of parent-child relationship and children witness domestic violence. When I applied family therapy, I often noted a few steps : invited parents to be working alliance, focused on the communication process, detriangulation, emphasize on growth rather than the symptoms of the client, created an atmosphere of sharing sexuality and stressed on positive view of the family. Finally, I also put forward some ideas and recommendations on the applicability and challenges that family therapy used in Chinese society and the attitude and ability what counselors of juvenile sex offenders should have. 戴嘉南 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 263 zh-TW |
