In addition, the study is to discuss the influences for variety student backgrounds and to realize if it is suitable to explain or predict the willingness for students to serve elderly people. The study focuses on the 5th and 6th graders elementary school students in Nantou city by the questionnaire named “A research to elementary school students: The knowledge of aging, the attitude toward elderly people and the willingness to service elderly people.” The study collects 302 copies and verifies the assumptions by different methods e.g. times, percentage, average, T test, one-way ANOVA, independent samples, Scheffe¢ method, Product-moment Correlation and Simple-Regression analysis,…etc. The questionnaires are analyzed and summarized to the following research data: 1.The elementary school students normally have less psychological knowledge. 2.The elementary school students own positive attitude to deal with elderly people. 3.The elementary school students have high willingness to serve elderly people. 4.The elementary school students have different influences with their variety backgrounds: (1) Knowledge of aging: The students have obvious differences with different sex, family life style, religious and different time period of taking care by grandparents. (2) The attitude toward elderly people: The students have obvious differences with different sex, order of birth, family life style, the relationship with grandparents and the relationship between their parents and grandparents. (3) The willingness to serve elderly people: The students have obvious difference with different sex, religious, their mothers’socioeconomic status, the relationship with their grandparents and the relationship between their parents and grandparents. 5.We observe elementary school students’ willingness to serve elderly people by their different attitude to elderly people. 6.The attitude for elementary school students to elderly people has middle relation about their willingness to serve elderly people. 7.We can predict precisely that the 5th and 6th graders elementary school students about their willingness to serve elderly people by their attitude to elderly people. The results offer different suggestions to family members, teachers, school administrators and media workers.
