This study uesed qualitative methodes, and the research participants were 26 preschool children in researcher''s class and the researcher. During twenty instructions in ten weeks the teaching proedcures and the operation of preschoolers with electronic whilte board were observed and recorded. In addition the reflexions of the teacher, the interview of the co-teacher and the other documents were collected as research data.  According to the analysis the research data the findings of this study listed as fellows: 1. Young children particpated in teaching activities with electronic whiteboard more activer than ever. 2. Young children preferred to encourage their peers with positive support during the operation with electronic whilteboard. 3. Teaching with electronic whiteboard enhanced young children’s abilities to solve problems. 4. Using electonic whiteboard promoted the teacher’s abilities to be flexible in the instruction, to design curriculums with information technology and to apply the eletronic whiteborad in teaching. 5. The interaction between the teacher and the young children could be increased when the teacher used the functions of elctronic whiteboard programs appropriately.
