Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 體育學系 === 99 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between paternalistic leadership and competition pressure of senior high school male volleyballs team players. This study was used questionnaire survey , and used “Paternalistic Coach Leadership Behavior and Athlete''s Competition Pressure Scale” as the tool. The target was each 18 players of 16 teams of senior high school male volleyballs team in 98 academic year, and the data was analysed and compared by Descriptive Statistics , one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and Scheffe''s method. The results showed: 1. Senior high school male volleyballs team players’ behavior under the paternalistic leadership , by the descending order, was "virtuous leadership ","benevolent leadership ", "authoritative leadership. " 2. Senior high school male volleyballs team players felt the most pressure from "game results", "teammates impact ", "trait anxiety", "environmental impact", "audience impact ", "coach impact". 3. "Authoritative leadership " and "coach impact", "environmental impact", "trait anxiety impact", "game results", "audience impact ", "teammates impact " are positively correlated. "Benevolent leadership "and " trait anxiety impact", "teammates impact " are positively correlated. " Virtuous leadership " and "teammates impact " are positively correlated. It indicated a significant level.
