By looking at students’ diverse backgrounds, the author conducts a research to study the relatedness and difference of teachers’ servant leadership and students’ prosocial behaviors. This research took survey results of fourth and sixth grades from 15 public elementary school in Kaohsiung as subjects, adopted the method of questionnaire survey, and sampled through stratified random sampling and cluster sampling. The tool used was “The Questionnaire of Elementary Teachers’ Servant Leadership and Students’ Prosocial Behaviors in Kaohsiung City” developed by the researcher, and the effective samples are 753 in total. The data collected from the surveys were treated and analyzed by using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA for dependent samples, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, pearson product moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. According to the statistical results, the conclusions are as follows: 1.Elementary school students perceived for teachers’ servant leadership well, especially to “listen to empathy”. 2.Elementary school students mostly have good abilities of prosocial behaviors, especially “learn in cooperation” ranked the higest. 3.It was generally easier for female students than male students to comprehend teachers’ servant leadership. 4.Middle age grade students are easier to comprehend teachers’ servant leadership than high age grade students. 5.Students comprehended that female teachers generally display servant leadership behavior more effectively than male teachers. 6.It was generally easier for big school students than small school students to comprehend teachers’ servant leadership. 7.Female students generally perform prosocial behavior more frequently than male students. 8.Big school students generally perform prosocial behavior more frequently than small school students. 9.Elementary school teachers perform the more servant leadership, students do the more prosocial behavior. 10.Among teachers’ servant leadership, ”listen to empathy” and ”service people” toward students’ prosocial behaviors has the greatest influence. In the end, the research results should give suggestions to education-related units, elementary school teachers, elementary school students, and future studies author.
