Isthere any significant educational meaning behind it to be explored? What isthe motivation for the teenagers to participate in “Jia-Jiang Twan”? The students who joined the Jia-Jiang Twan not only because of theirpersonal will but also other various factors. However, the media and thepublic often focus on the outcome of the negative behaviors of these fringe teenagers. They ignore the factors of causing and related guiding measurebehind such behaviors. Therefore in the “Research of the studentparticipants of Jia-Jiang Twan and related guiding measure”, the researchertries to I understand more about the background of students participants,their motivation and influence behaviors of Jia-Jiang Twan, and explores thefunctions of the existing guiding strategies toward the deviate behavior teenagers. This research adapts qualitative methods as the approach. It uses theinterview and monitoring to collect data. The conclusions are as thefollowing: 1. The motivation of joining the Jia-Jiang Twan can be influences by thefriends in the same generation, success experiences and protection forcefrom the gang. 2. Joining the Jia-Jiang Twan can cause therationalization of the deviatebehavior, marginalization of the education leaning and socialization of themoral integrity 3. The inappropriate family functions and education are the main causes ofthe deviated behaviors of the teenager. 4. Frustration form education learning and conflicts with teachers andstudents causes the students to skip the school education. 5. Culture influences from friends in the same generation leads the studentstoward the deviated behaviors. 6.
