With the great helps and supporting resources from the government, civil foundations and the public, and the great efforts we had devoted to, the process of campus reconstruction also was a wonderful learning process of campus crisis management. The self narrative had employed in this thesis as the main method to collect my personal experience in the field and real data from different stages of campus reconstruction. The real experience and key points which included in the process of reconstruction had been described and mentioned in different chapters. Hopefully the experience and discussions in this thesis could raised more deep thinking and discussions for educators as well as the public toward the disaster in the future. Finally, some conclusions, reflections and suggestions had been presented in the final chapter. As an aboriginal served as a mountain-area elementary school principle in Taiwan, I wish the process of campus reconstruction is also the possible path for the aboriginal to find the way back to beautiful traditional culture and the sustainable development of tribes. none 王慧蘭 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 94 zh-TW
