碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 生態休閒教育教學碩士學位學程 === 99 === The purpose of this study mainly was to compare the differences of different background factors between participation motivation and leisure satisfaction on the Niaosong bikeway around the lake. It also explored the correlation of participation motivation and leisure satisfaction in Niaosong Bikeway. This study adopted questionnaire survey. The subjects of biker were selected by convenience sampling process. The participation motivation and leisure satisfaction instrument of biker were used.It was surveyed with a total of 460 questionnaires and 450 valid questionnaires were received for analysis.The data processing tool was the SPSS statistical software ver.12.0 for Windows, along with the descriptive statistics, single factor multivariate analysis (one-way MANOVA),Scheffe’s method and Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and finally discovers that: 1. The majority of the respondents were married males with children, and most of them were bachelor’s degree holders. The respondents were from different occupations, and earned various levels of incomes. And most of the bikers were with companion(s). 2. The main objective of their participation motivation is to “exercise for health”; the highest level of satisfaction fell on “The psychological aspect”. 3. As for the participation, the respective researching factors on the gender, age, marriage and companion all achieve the significance statistically. 4. As for the leisure satisfaction, the respective researching factors on the age, education level and companion all achieve the significance statistically. 5. The participation motivation and leisure satisfaction are positively-related significantly.
