Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系所 === 99 === In order to enhance the organization's competitive advantages, using the applications of successful knowledge management is certainly the trend in the knowledge economy. Therefore, knowledge is considered the important factor to influence organizational growth and maintain organizational competitiveness. In the past, most of the literature of knowledge management focused on the critical success factors and the individual factors of knowledge management. However, in fact, the members of organization would not often like to share knowledge with each other, and this situation results the viscosity of knowledge. What kind of factors that can promote knowledge sharing among members? In this research, the act of knowledge sharing is considered a dilemma in organization. We would explore the impact of knowledge sharing from the perspective of organizational context perspective, and further inspect the effect of organizational culture , emotional intelligence, management involvement ,and information technology on Knowledge Sharing.
The samples of this research are drawn from the employees of high technology industry. We mailed 700 copies of questionnaires, and retrieved 226 effective copies. The retrieving percentage is 32. And then, we utilize SEM as analysis tools. Generally, the model fit is acceptable.
After we use SEM to analyze, we discover the conclusions of this research indicate that;(1)The organizational culture has a positive effect on Knowledge Sharing Behavior,(2)The group emotional intelligence has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior,(3)The Management involvement has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior,(4)The motivation has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior,(5)The knowledge sharing behavior has a positive effect on knowledge sharing attitude,(6)Information technology capabilities have a positive moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge sharing attitude and knowledge sharing behavior.
