Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 車輛工程系所 === 99 === In this study, I used CFD methods to investigate how to install a mask in the wound cleaner which can produce turbulence in the water, and change the shape of the mask to make water became unstable state which can cause gap on the velocity distribution of water output side in the pipeline, and because this gap to make water break up early after water ejected from the output side. Using break up phenomenon to produce slap effect on the wound surface, and make the pollutants particle which attachment on the wound surface become loose, so let water can take pollutants particle away easily, and then to improve the cleaning effect of the wound cleaner. Related parameters have: Exit Velocity, Wash Pressure, Mask Types. According to the numerical simulation results of the analysis, it contributes to comprehend physical phenomenon and mask type design. In the experiment, we used acrylic, water tube and CO2 laser to manufacture mask and nozzle piece. Keyword:CFD , Break up
