Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 體育研究所 === 99 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the youth sports behavior regulation and exercise self-efficacy. Based on literature survey, the instruments were Behavioral Regulation in Sport Questionnaire(Ju-Je Tsai,2009),and Youth Exercise Self-Efficacy Questionnaire(Ju-Je Tsai,2010). The sample was 1300 adolescents in Taiwan. Data were analyzed in two parts: first part included descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and second part included Pearson correlation and stepwise regression. The major results of the study are: 1.Different background variables make the behavioral regulation in sport vary greatly in some aspects. 2.Different background variables make the exercise self-efficacy vary greatly in some aspects. 3.There are significant relationships between the behavioral regulation in sport and exercise self-efficacy . 4.According to stepwise regression analysis, among all aspects of the behavioral regulation in sport and exercise self-efficacy, the ’integrated regulation’ has the most explanation on the predictability of the exercise self-efficacy.
