Taking interviews used Semi-structured interviews and questionnaires based on smart growth to do the research. The Interviews for the leaders of the school and the community to visit are 16 people in total. The questionnaire of all the community of Jiji Township is purposive sampling, and 494 questionnaires were send, and 357 available questionnaires. And the valid percentage is 88.2. The data was analyzed using coding and analysis by Percentage Average, t test, one way ANOVA.The main results of this study are as follows: First, the use of resources in the interaction of Jiji Township and the school understanding from interviews are: human resources, material resources, space resources, financial resources, history and natural resources, knowledge and service resources and interactive. (7 resources in total) Second, most community of Jiji Township considered that schools play the role of educator in the interaction, but schools considered that community play the role of partners work. Third, the potential factor of effective smart growth between Jiji Township and school are: the distance from the school, a place with the role of education in the community, community maturity, community support for schools, community strong public support, community activities frequently, the initiative into the school, community leaders influential, the support of the school to the community, initiative into the community, good communication channels, whether the community colleagues are the staff of school, the new run-in period, lack of manpower, the election factor.
