At greenwater primary school through scenario analysis and find the environmental problems. In addition, it aims to achieve the purpose of curriculum development based on the action research to develop curriculum plans, record the processes of implementation, and evaluate the effect and the introspection of the curriculum plans. The major research questions are listed as follows: 1. What are the processes based on natural resources of the schoolyard to develop action plans in environmental curriculums at greenwater primary school? 2. What are the processes of implementing action plans in environmental curriculums in greenwater primary school? 3. How is the effect of implementing the action plans in environmental curriculums for students in greenwater primary school? The current research concludes as follows: 1. The curriculum plans for environmental education should confirm the approach of the curriculums. Based on vision of school and five objectives of environmental education to plan curriculums goals, designing curriculums, correcting curriculums. 2.There are four curriculum implementation process:the preparation section,the first implementation of the plan,the correction of the plan and implementation of the corrected plan. 3. Assessing the implementation of curriculum plans for environmental education and discovering the learning effect of students and teaching effect of teachers can both achieve the goals of curriculum plans for environmental education. Finally, based on the analysis of the research results and discussion, we propose some suggestions for the schools and teachers that implementing curriculum plans in environmental education and for further following up research.
