And reading can help us a lot to practice education reform. In recent years, Internet has prospered and provided a shortcut for us to exchange a large amount of information with each other. What is more, Internet is rapidly changing the living style of people in the whole society. With the rapid development of information technology, students gradually consider surfing the Internet a necessary part of their daily lives. Therefore, how to use information technology to stimulate students’ participating in reading activities is an issue worth exploring, because the new technology has a positive influence on their reading ability. Among the hottest services of the Internet is the blog which plays an important part in writing and reading ability. It can not only track students’ writing history but also make it easy to share students’ works and comments with each other. In a social network community, most participants of a blog’s writing are young students, so blog’s writing can be more extensively used in primary schools and high schools in Taiwan. Verified by the Technology Acceptance Model, this essay tries to take the advantages of the network and information technology to develop an online learning platform which is based on a reading blog. With this model, we can help students track their reading and writing history and this model will end up with stimulating more peer interaction and sharing in a reading activity. In a long run, we expect to apply this model to the elementary or secondary education in Taiwan and improve students’ reading skills with the help of modern technology. Based on the questionnaire research study, 146 valid samples are collected. This paper studies these samples, using the factor analysis, regression analysis and path analysis methods. The results of this study will compile the following five points: 1.” The attitude of using blogs”,” interactive website”, and ” system quality ”both have significantly positive effect to “perceived usefulness”. 2. ” The attitude of using blogs”, ”interactive website”, and “system quality” have significantly positive effect to “perceived ease of use”. 3.” Perceived ease of use” have significantly positive effect to “perceived usefulness”. 4.” Perceived ease of use” and “perceived usefulness” have significantly positive effect to “the behavior intention”. 5. There was no significant difference among the two dimensions in this study, ”number of articles published”, and ”behavior intention”.
