As the TFT-LCD manufacturing technology to enhance, in the large size and low price trend, the backlight module volume practitioners need to consider customer’s satisfaction from different quality attributes rather than unified one. This research analyzes quality attributes of backlight module through Kano model for there could be a better understanding of different quality attributes, and it would help to know the actual needs of customers.
