Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 綠色能源科技研究所碩士班 === 99 === This thesis is aimed to develop a smart charging circuit for an electric vehicle with the programmable control capable of making intelligent decisions based on external power information from the smart meter network. In view of high merits of ZigBee wireless sensor network, the communication media in the thesis will be primarily founded on such a network. The constant-power control method is also added into the traditional way of constant-current and constant-voltage charge strategies, then via the necessary modification on the control circuit, a new approach to control the charging power will be proposed. It is expected, with the proposed ideas, the operation of an EV will be much more flexible and efficient. The method proposed in this thesis will be examined under various scenarios. The results will help consolidate the feasibility and practicability of the approach for the applications considered.
