Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 機電系統工程研究所產碩專班 === 99 === This study aims to design composite pressure vessel can work in high pressure and light weight that is suitable to small vehicle. In this study, ANSYS is used to analysis the model to finds out the phenomena of the composite pressure vessel base on aluminum liner and important factors that effect to endurance of the model. The laminate composite is assumed to be an elasto-damage material whereas the liner behaves as an elasto-plastic material. Based on the classical laminate theory on Tsai-Wu''s criterion to take into account the anisotropic plastic flow of the liner, the model provides an exact solution for stresses on the cylindrical section of the pressure vessel. Based on the simplified conjugate gradient methods (SCGM) to optimize the stress concentration of Al-carbon fiber/epoxy composite hydrogen storage vessels.
