The researcher intends to find out the strategies and effects of performing Honor System in the research subject. The researcher adopts methods including documentary analysis、bservation and case study. Deep interviews、focus group interviews、questionnaires and documentary analysis are used in the case study. The research questions are listed as follows: A.What are both junior high school teachers’ and students’ cognitions while practicing Honor System? a.What is Honor System? b.What are the positive effects of Honor System? c.What are the negative effects of Honor System? C.What are the differences between junior high school teachers’and students’feedback from practicing Honor System? a.What are the individual will and motivations for participating setting Honor System into action? b.What are the effects after evaluating practicing Honor System? c.What are the opinions on preventing and dealing with the abuses of Honor System?
