Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 公民教育與活動領導學系在職進修碩士班 === 99 === The research aimed to discuss the relations about scout activity participation and self-efficacy of junior high school students and to understand the difference and correlative factor on scout and non-scout Self-efficacy. The results were expected to provide reference of promoting scout activity and to promote the self-efficacy of junior high school students.
The research uses survey questionnaire. The survey tool is 「Scout Activity Participation and Self-efficacy of Junior High School Students scale」and「Self-efficacy of Junior High School Students scale 」. The research were amounted to 1777 students including 859 scout students and 918 non-scout from different areas in Taiwan. The instruments used included scout activity achievement (scout knowledge achievement, scout spirits achievement ,scout skill achievement)scale and junior high school students self-efficacy(social self-efficacy,self-regulatory efficacy, problem-solving efficacy )scale.
The findings of the research are as follow:
1. The scout activity achievement of female scout is better than male scout.
2. The self-efficacy of female scout is better than male scout.
3. The social self-efficacy and self-regulatory efficacy of junior high school scout is better than junior high school non-scout.
4. The scout activity achievement can forecast junior high school students self-efficacy correctly.
