Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 通訊與導航工程學系 === 99 === Currently, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) can adopt the Wireless Access in Vehicular Environments (WAVE) technology to provide the real-time traffic information and network access services for the drivers. The thesis is divided into four parts related to the signal processing techniques for the telematics. The first three are demonstrated by the outdoor measurements, and the fourth one is conducted by the computer simulations. The first experiment uses the energy of the reflected radio wave to estimate the vehicle type and its speed. The second experiment evaluates the shadowing effect of the vehicles when considering the ground effect. In the third experiment, Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) technique is adopted to estimate the speed of the vehicle itself and the target vehicles. In the fourth part, the elliptic location technique is simulated by a SIMO architecture. Finally, some conclusions of these signal processing techniques are given at the end of this thesis.
