Verifier can verify the correctness of images with the integrity of the purpose to protect intellectual properties. We embed watermark in the fan-shape area. After embedding the procedure, the relationship between pixel and pixel will not been changed, so we can extract the watermark correctly. We present a new watermark method to resist rotation attack. We can extract the correct watermark form the image that has been modified.
