Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 幼兒與家庭教育學系碩士班 === 99 === This thesis is a daughter who has a veteran father steps on the journey to re-know , recall and get closer to her father, a veteran. This study takes qualitative research and narrative inquiry as the paradigm. It divides into two stages. The first stage get knowing Uncle Yu’s lifelong story and the experience of the role that Yu has received from her father through exploring the story from this veteran father and her daughter, Uncle Yu and Yu. The second stage sets off the motivation to understand as much as possible about my own father’s lifelong story. Therefore, by returning back to the place where my father was born and grew up, have deep talks with my siblings, the process of interview my father’s old friends, I re-know father. According to these pieces, it also makes me understand what my father has been through in his whole life. In addition, I reconstruct the looks of these two different fathers through their individual stories and the interactions between fathers and daughters. Also, the roles of the fathers have the new and different faces. In the end, this journey takes me to recall the every moment that my father and I were together. However, I relieve the regret and sorrow of my father’s pass-away by the journey of being closer and knowing more about my father. In order to express my thanks and love, I dedicate this thesis to my lovely father, Chang Chin Kan.
