Data processing programs are developing from syntactic ways to semantic ways recently. Web in nowadays is simply a carrier which provides users a medium to upload and download information. These datum are meaningless to computer hardware. Not until the hidden connection of the information is unveiled by semantic web processing programs may we evaluate the values of the Internet, diversify the application of networks and raise the options of the users. RDF (Resource Description Framework) and OWL (Web Ontology Language) are adopted as models for deduction engines in most semantic web today. These ontologies permit computer programs to read, publish and exchange information and knowledge. As more and more groups to develop their own classification systems, semantic web tool will allow the structure to connect themself, transform each other's terminology.
