A Study on Parents’Satisfaction Toward Administrative Service Quality in Elementary School of New Taipei City

碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育經營與管理學系 === 99 === This study aims to investigate the status of parents’ satisfaction toward administrative service quality in elementary school of New Taipei City, and to analyze the differences of satisfaction among parents with different background variables (gender, age, occupation, expertise in education, economic status, and the school size.) With self-made questionnaire, the sampling is conducted on the parents in the public elementary schools of New Taipei City, and 1222 valid samples are obtained. The obtained data are analyzed by average, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffé Post Hoc through SPSS 12.0 for Windows software package. The following conclusions are achieved: 1. The status of parents’ satisfaction toward administrative service quality in New Taipei City is above average. 2. The differences of satisfaction among parents with different background variables: a. The satisfaction toward administrative service quality in elementary school of different gender is obviously different, and the satisfaction of male is better than female. b. The satisfaction toward administrative service quality in elementary school of different age is obviously different, and the satisfaction of age 51~64 is significantly higher than age 31~50. c. The satisfaction toward administrative service quality in elementary school of different occupation is obviously different, and the satisfaction of military, public servant and teaching staff is significantly higher than freelance. d. The satisfaction toward administrative service quality in elementary school of different expertise in education is obviously different, and the satisfaction of junior high school graduate is significantly higher than high school graduate. e. The satisfaction toward administrative service quality in elementary school of different economic status indicates no difference. f. The satisfaction toward administrative service quality in elementary school of different school size is obviously different, and the satisfaction of school under 12 classes is significantly higher than school of 37~60 classes.
