It was conducted through questionnaire survey. The samples included 800 the National Taipei university of education students. The effective samples were 668 students. The statistics methods including descriptive statistics,t-test of average number of independent samples,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation and regression analysis were employed to analyze in the data processing. Following are conclusions︰ 1﹒In order to conform to the administration tendency and the promotion education quality,should impel the school organization change. 2﹒In order to develop power of the school continually progress,should promote student's school identification. 3﹒The perception of organization change are well perceived by the students of National Taipei University of Education. 4﹒The school identification are well perceived by the students of National Taipei University of Education. 5﹒The students of different background items(sex)have the insignifcant divergence in demand level of organization change perception and school identification. 6﹒The students of different background items(college,grade)have the signifcant divergence in demand level of organization change perception. 7﹒The students of different background items(college,grade)have the signifcant divergence in demand level of school identification. 8﹒The students’ perception of organization change of National Taipei University of Education has positive correlation with school identification. 9﹒The students’ perception of organization change of National Taipei University of Education is predictive to school identification. 10﹒The perception of organization change and the school identification are well perceived by the students of National Taipei University of Education. Based on the research results,the author provides feasible recommendations for the references to education authorities/organizations,the University of Education,and for further investigation on related topics.
