The abilities that education offers are changing due to the globalization. The abilities require learning without boundaries of nationals. The reseatch aims at designing three units which talk about global culture, global connection and global issueus via video international news in order to understand the instructional process and its effects. The research method is case study. The research participants are 11 fifth and sixth grade students in Mayhao elementary school. The teacher is the researcher, teaches three classes a week. The research takes seven weeks, 840 minutes. This data includes class videotaping, students’ questionnaire and exercise, and teacher's reflective journal. The conclusion as follow: 1. The global education instruction via video international news helps reach the goals. 2. The positive effects of using the news videos can be enhanced if the teacher knows how to use them flexibly. 3. Teacher plays the key role to create an interactive and open classroom atomosphere. 4. Using vedio international news provides students opportunities to collaborate with each other and be aware of the different perspectives. Based on the conclusions, research suggests: 1. Instructors should enrich the knowledge of global education. 2. Global education should be applied in all learning domains. 3. The governments should encourage teachers’ practice of global education by creating more opportunities.
